Useful information

Arrival and departure

The apartment will be at your disposal from 3 p.m. on the day of your arrival (or earlier, by prior arrangement). Please inform us if you are arriving after 6 p.m. On the day of departure, apartments are to be vacated until 10:00 a.m.

Parking

Each apartment is assigned one parking space in our garage or at the farm, free of charge.

Children

Upon request, we can provide a baby bed and a baby seat for the dining table for an additional charge of € 5,00 per day.

Pets

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the premises.

Smoke

All our holiday apartments are non-smoking facilities. Thank you for your understanding.

Guest Pass

When you check in, you will receive your complimentary Südtirol Guest Pass – a card you can use to travel free of charge on public transport not only here in the Seiser Alm area, but throughout South Tyrol.

Benefits include

Free journeys on all shuttle buses in the Seiser Alm area, with the exclusion of the Seiser Alm Express (line 10), Almexpress (line 11), Saltria – Monte Pana (line 12), and Nightliner (line N170) services.
